Scope of a report
A test report applies only to the sample as received, in the condition it arrived. Where you draw the sample yourself, the sampling is your responsibility and the report says so. Reports must not be reproduced except in full, and not at all in a way that suggests we endorse a product.
Samples
Send the quantity stated on the service page, with a completed Test Request Form and the batch or lot reference.
Retention is 15 days after reporting for stable samples and 48 hours for perishable samples, unless you ask in writing for longer.
Samples that arrive damaged, leaking or insufficient will be reported to you before testing starts, and we will not proceed without your instruction.
Turnaround and pricing
Turnaround runs from the working day after a complete sample and form are received, not from dispatch. Quoted prices exclude taxes and are valid for 30 days. Priority testing is available on request and is charged at the rate stated in the quotation.
Sub-contracting
Where a parameter sits outside our accredited scope we sub-contract it only to an accredited laboratory, we name that laboratory on the report, and we tell you before the work starts.
Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from a test is limited to the fee paid for that test. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or the cost of a delayed shipment. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Complaints and appeals
Send the Customer Feedback Form with the report number. The quality manager acknowledges within two working days and the review is carried out by someone who was not involved in the original test. You receive a written outcome.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
