Using this site, and our laboratory, without barriers
What we aim for
This site is built to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA. Text contrast, keyboard access, focus order and form labelling are checked as part of every release, and page content is written in plain language rather than legal or laboratory shorthand where a plain word will do.
What works today
Every page can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, and the visible focus outline is never removed.
Text can be resized to 200 percent in the browser without losing content or function.
Images carry descriptive alternative text, and decorative marks are hidden from screen readers.
Forms have visible labels, not placeholder-only fields.
Downloadable documents state their format and size before you open them.
Known limitations
Some accreditation certificates and scope documents in the Download Centre are scans issued by the accrediting body. We cannot alter those files. If you need the content of a certificate in an accessible format, ask us and we will supply the information by email or read it out over the phone.
Visiting the laboratory
The Jaipur laboratory at CEG Tower has lift access to the first and second floors and accessible parking at the front of the building. Tell us before you visit and reception will meet you at the entrance.
Telling us about a problem
If something on this site blocks you, write to lab@isspl.com with the page address and what happened. We aim to reply within five working days and to fix confirmed barriers in the next release.

Tell us what you need tested
Send the product, the market it ships to and the standard you are being held to. Our technical team replies with the parameter list, the sample quantity we need and a firm turnaround. Quotes usually go out the same working day.
