Fill in the Test Request Form and put a copy inside the pack
Write the batch or lot number on the sample itself, not only on the box
Send the quantity listed on the service page, undisturbed and unwashed
Chilled samples travel in an insulated box with gel packs, dispatched same day

Getting to the Jaipur laboratory
CEG Tower is in the Malviya Nagar Industrial Area, about 20 minutes from Jaipur International Airport and 15 minutes from Gandhinagar railway station. Sample receipt is on the ground floor; visitors report to reception on the first floor.
