Integrated laboratory in Jaipur

In plain language

This service measures what a food actually contains: the macronutrients and moisture that drive label values, the microbial load that decides whether it is safe to eat, and the metals, toxins and additives that regulations cap. Each result is a measured concentration compared against the FSSAI limit or the buyer specification for that commodity.

When to use this test

Launching a new packaged product and filling in the nutrition panel

Qualifying a new supplier or a new lot before it enters production

Backing a shelf-life or quality claim with measured data

Responding to an FSSAI inspection, a customer complaint or a market recall

Questions we get asked

Can you issue a report for an FSSAI product approval?

Yes. We are an FSSAI recognised laboratory and the report format matches what the authority expects for product approval and annual surveillance testing.

Do you test against a buyer specification instead of a standard?

Send the specification with the sample. We report each parameter against the limit on your document and flag anything outside it.

How many parameters should I run for a routine batch check?

Most processors settle on a 12 to 18 parameter panel covering nutrition, microbiology and the two or three contaminants their commodity is prone to. We will propose one after seeing your product and market.

Do you need the sample in its retail pack?

Where possible, yes. An unopened retail pack removes any question about handling and lets us report against the label as sold.

Can one report cover several batches?

No. Each batch is a separate sample and a separate report, because that is what an inspector or a buyer will ask to see.
