Questions we get asked
Does a clean residue report certify my produce as organic?
No. Certification is issued by an accredited certification body. Our report is the laboratory evidence that body relies on.
How long before my inspection should I send the sample?
Allow three weeks. That covers the ten working day turnaround plus time to act if something comes back positive.
What happens if a trace residue is detected?
We report the concentration and the method limit. Your certification body decides whether it indicates prohibited use or environmental drift.
Can you test soil and water as well as produce?
Yes. Many certification bodies ask for input and irrigation water testing alongside the crop.
