Before you send it
60 units for tablets and capsules, 250 g of powder, 500 ml of liquid, with a copy of the label artwork and the claimed composition.

Can you tell me if my label claim will hold?
We assay the actives and report measured against declared, with the overage or shortfall stated. That is the number an FSSAI inspection will look at.
How much overage should I build in?
That depends on the active and the shelf life. An accelerated stability run tells you the decay rate, and the overage follows from that rather than from a rule of thumb.
Can you test a blend before it is encapsulated?
Yes. Testing the bulk blend catches a dosing error before you commit it to capsules or tablets.
Do probiotic counts need a different sample?
Send them separately and chilled. Viable counts fall if the sample sits at ambient temperature in transit.
