Integrated laboratory in Jaipur

In plain language

This service loads, ages and stresses a product until its limits are measurable, covering tensile, compression, flexural and fatigue strength, corrosion and weathering exposure, transit simulation and basic product safety checks. Results are reported against the standard or the drawing tolerance you supply.

When to use this test

Qualifying a component or assembly for a tender or contract

Proving durability, corrosion or UV claims on a product

Investigating a field failure or a warranty claim

Validating packaging before a long or rough transit route

Parameters

What we test on this service

Panels are built from the list below. Tell us the market and the specification and we select the parameters it calls for rather than selling you the whole sheet.

01

Tensile, compression, flexural and shear strength

02

Fatigue and cyclic load durability

03

Accelerated ageing, UV and humidity exposure

04

Salt spray corrosion resistance

05

Drop, vibration and transit performance

06

Sharp edge, stability and product safety checks

Questions we get asked

Can you test to a client drawing rather than a standard?

Yes. Send the drawing and the acceptance criteria. We report measured values against your limits and state the method used.

How many specimens do you need?

Five per test direction for material properties, three finished units for product-level testing. More if the standard specifies it.

Can you run a test to a customer drawing instead of a standard?

Yes. Send the drawing and the acceptance criteria, and we report measured values against your limits with the method stated.

How long is a salt spray or UV exposure test?

As long as the standard specifies, commonly 240, 480 or 1000 hours. That clock cannot be shortened.
